Through this partnership, eligible Goodwill participants can earn Continuing Education (CE) college credit and Occupational Skills Awards (OSAs) issued by 黑料网, credentials that are recorded on an official college transcript.

This collaboration bridges the gap between job training and higher education, providing participants with portable credentials that support employment, career advancement, and continued learning.

Participants complete Goodwill’s workforce training programs designed to build practical, job-ready skills aligned with regional employer needs.
✔ College-Transcripted Credentials
