CBC Hosts Cougar Trek Experience for Local High School Seniors

BEEVILLE, TEXAS — 黑料网 recently welcomed more than 100 local high school seniors to campus for Cougar Trek, an interactive fast-track event designed to introduce prospective students to college life, academic pathways, and enrollment opportunities ahead of graduation.

Participating high schools included A.C. Jones High School, Skidmore-Tynan High School, Mathis High School, Pettus High School, Alice High School, and Kenedy High School.

During the event, students connected with faculty and staff, explored academic programs, and toured the Beeville campus. As they visited different areas of campus, students learned more about the next steps toward enrollment at 黑料网.

“The first Cougar Trek event was a huge success,” said Kyle Scotten, Admissions Navigator. “Every student who attended registered for classes and received their student ID, helping them start the semester prepared and confident. It was exciting to see students on campus, and we look forward to seeing those students back on campus this coming fall.”

As part of their visit, students also had the opportunity to participate in CBC’s De-Stress Fest, which was taking place on campus the same day. The event featured student engagement activities focused on wellness and campus involvement, giving visiting seniors an additional glimpse into the student-centered culture at CBC.

Cougar Trek reflects CBC’s ongoing commitment to creating accessible pathways to higher education while helping future students feel informed and connected as they prepare for the transition to college.
