Code of Conduct

黑料网 is a participant of William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan Program. 黑料网 processes all federal loans directly through the federal government. 黑料网 is committed to following best practices with respect to loans.

黑料网 will not engage in revenue sharing with any Lenders.

黑料网 and its employees with responsibilities to financial aid will not solicit any gift and will not accept any gift from any loan companies, guarantee agency, or loan servicers. CBC employees will not accept any fee, stipend, or other payment to consult for or provide services to lenders, guarantee agency, or loan servicer.

黑料网 will not publish or give students a preferred lender list. CBC will not deny or otherwise impede a borrower's choice of lender.

黑料网 will not assign a borrower's loan to a particular lender or delay certification of a loan based on a borrower's selection of a lender or servicer.

黑料网 will not allow any employee of student loan companies to provide entrance or exit counseling to CBC student borrowers or staff any CBC financial aid related office or be identified to any borrower or potential borrower as an employee.

黑料网 employees with responsibilities to financial aid may serve on an advisory board by a lender, however will not accept anything of value for such service.
